What we collect

• Data you give us when you phone: your name and number, so we can hold a piece or get back to you.
• Data collected in the shop at the time of purchase, limited to what is needed to issue a receipt or an invoice.

This site is a shop window: it collects nothing through forms, handles no orders and hosts no payment tools. Apart from the visit statistics described below, browsing it leaves us no personal data about you.

Cookies and statistics

This site uses no profiling cookies and runs no advertising.

We use Google Analytics 4 to know how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. The data is statistical and aggregated: it does not tell us who you are and we do not combine it with anything else. The service is provided by Google Ireland Ltd. and sets cookies on your device.

On your first visit we ask for permission with a banner: until you tap “I agree” no statistics cookie is written and no data is sent. If you decline, we won’t ask again.

To change your mind later, clear this site’s data in your browser settings: the question comes back on your next visit.

Why we process it

• To answer enquiries and to hold a reserved piece for you.
• To meet the tax and accounting obligations that the law imposes on sales made in the shop.

Who we share it with

Our accountant and the authorities, where the law requires it. We do not sell or pass data to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Accounting data is kept for the period required by tax law. The details of a phone reservation are deleted as soon as you have been to the shop.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and you have the right to data portability.
