What was thrown away
becomes beautiful.
Discarded fabrics, raw clay, salvaged hardware. In our workshop on the Sorrento peninsula, material somebody threw out becomes a bag, a ceramic piece, a necklace. One at a time, never twice the same.
Reclaimed fabrics
Upholstery offcuts, quilted cloth, old jeans, family linens. Each pattern exists in a few metres only: when it runs out, it’s gone.
Glazed ceramics
Thrown and fired in the workshop. The green glazes are mixed by hand, and the kiln never returns them quite the same.
Brass and hardware
Clasps, chains and handles from discarded objects. Cleaned, annealed and put back to work on something new.
Fresh out of the workshop
Everything in the shopWe are two sisters.
Recycling, creating magic.
We don’t design a collection and then look for material. We do the opposite: we find a fabric, a piece of brass, a glaze colour — and from there we work out what it wants to become.
That’s why the catalogue keeps changing and the runs are very short. What you see today will probably be gone in a month.

Our shop is on the Sorrento peninsula, minutes from Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. This site is a window onto what is in the shop: if a piece catches your eye, call us and we will hold it for you until you come by.
