White Frame Mirror
120,00 €
One of a kind. A salvaged frame, stripped of its old paint and hand-repainted in matte white.
We will hold it for you until you come by.
The piece
The relief moulding - scrolls and flowers - was buried under layers of paint and only appeared once it was stripped. The white is brushed on and left slightly uneven, so the relief reads.
The mirror glass is new, cut to size. Hangs either portrait or landscape.

How to care for it
Dust dryA soft dry cloth. No spray cleaners: they seep into the frame and the fabric.
Away from dampSalvaged frames and textiles suffer in bathrooms and on damp walls.
Hang on a proper fixingReclaimed wood is heavier than it looks: don’t trust a nail.
