Reserving a piece

• Call us on 081 277 8282 and tell us which piece you saw on the site.
• We set it aside and hold it until you come to the shop.
• Reserving is free and commits you to nothing: there is no advance payment.

Availability and prices

Almost every piece exists in a single example. We update the site when something sells, but there can be a few days’ lag: the shop is the reliable source on availability.

Prices are in euro, VAT included, and refer to a single piece. The price displayed in the shop at the time of purchase is the one that applies.

Right of withdrawal

Because purchases are made in person in the shop rather than at a distance, the 14-day right of withdrawal that the Italian Consumer Code provides for distance contracts does not apply.

Exchanges

Exchanges are at the shop’s discretion, on presentation of the receipt and with the piece undamaged. This is a courtesy rather than a legal obligation: just ask us when you buy.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code always applies to purchases made by consumers, exactly as for any shop purchase. It covers faults, not normal signs of wear.

Small differences in colour, size and finish from one piece to another are not faults: they follow from handwork and salvaged materials. Keep your receipt — it proves the date of purchase.
