This site is a shop window: it collects nothing through forms, handles no orders and hosts no payment tools. Browsing it leaves us no personal data about you.

Why we process it

• To answer enquiries and to hold a reserved piece for you.
• To meet the tax and accounting obligations that the law imposes on sales made in the shop.

Our accountant and the authorities, where the law requires it. We do not sell or pass data to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Accounting data is kept for the period required by tax law. The details of a phone reservation are deleted as soon as you have been to the shop.
